In Singapore dollars, the currency your card is charged in, with the published US dollar rate beside each.

For scale: 1,000 requests of about 3,000 tokens in and 1,000 out cost S$21.42 — a long prompt and a page of answer each. Every rate is published and stays the same from one request to the next. See every model.

Prices are our published US dollar rates converted at S$1.30 to the dollar, our rate for October — the same rate your card is charged.

About GPT-6 Sol

GPT-6 Sol launched on 22 September 2026 at half the list price of the GPT-5.6 Sol it replaced, built for coding and agent workflows. OpenAI said it beat Claude Opus 5 on AutomationBench at a small fraction of Opus 5’s cost per task, and that it makes about half as many factual errors as its predecessor in OpenAI’s own tests.

A week later OpenAI shipped GPT-6.1 Sol at the same price, and that is the one to choose for new work. GPT-6 Sol stays for products already tested on it — and for work that needs reasoning switched off entirely, which 6.1 Sol does not allow.

What is GPT-6 Sol good for?

  • Products already built and tested on GPT-6 Sol.
  • Coding agents on a budget.
  • Work that needs reasoning switched fully off for speed.

Where to be careful

  • Superseded within a week by GPT-6.1 Sol, which scores higher at the same price.
  • On some coding tests it scored below the older GPT-5.6 Sol — 68.8% against 72.7% on DeepSWE. It traded peak ability for price.

Using GPT-6 Sol from Singapore

Roar AI provides access to GPT-6 Sol through the Roar AI gateway, charged in Singapore dollars on one bill with every other model. Requests from Singapore go through our gateway in Singapore. Developers can use GPT-6 Sol alongside other supported models without a separate integration for every provider.

Use the OpenAI SDK you already have — point it at Roar AI and name the model. Read the docs.

from openai import OpenAI

client = OpenAI(base_url="https://api.roar-ai.com/v1", api_key="roar_live_…")

reply = client.chat.completions.create(
    model="gpt-6-sol",
    messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Summarise this contract in plain English."}],
)

Where is GPT-6 Sol processed?

GPT-6 Sol is a frontier model, and requests are processed on international infrastructure, outside Singapore. The model directory says where each model is processed.
