Roar AI hosts apps that our customers build, at addresses ending in roarai.app and on their own domains. If one of them is being used to harm people, tell us and we will act on it.

What to report

Phishing pages, malware, spam, scams, attacks on other systems such as scanning or denial of service, and anything else our terms forbid. An address ending in roarai.app means the app runs on Roar AI and was built by one of our customers, not by us.

How to report it

Write to cloud@roar-ai.com with the full address of the app, what it is doing, and when you saw it. Evidence helps us act sooner: a screenshot, the headers of a phishing email, or the logs and times of an attack, including the address it came from.

What happens next

We read every report and confirm that we have received it. Where an app is clearly being misused we stop it, and we can close the account behind it so that the same person cannot simply deploy it again. We do not tell the owner of the app who reported it.

A security problem in Roar AI itself

If you have found a vulnerability in Roar AI rather than in an app we host, see reporting a vulnerability. Researchers can also find our contact details in security.txt.
